Next Sunday the Irish Church will be celebrating Lá don Bheatha/Day for Life 2009. Pope John Paul, in his letter Evangelium Vitae, put the Gospel of Life at the heart of Jesus’ message. Our Christian faith involves a commitment to preserving and protecting life as sacred.
