Machnamh / Reflection

Lent is an opportunity:
to give something back to my community,
to repent of my sins and be reconciled,
to encourage someone to come back to the church.
to pray from the heart in the quiet moments I put aside.
to fast in the name of Jesus who spent forty days in the wilderness.
