Blessing and Launch of Sruthlú Naomh Muire Streaming Service

The human authors Matthew, Mark, Luke and John used their talents to bring a message of love to millions across the span of nearly two millennia. The ‘gospel’ message is the good news of our liberation and salvation. It is a message of hope, healing and imagination.

“Gracious God, whose Son has enlightened us with the grace of the Gospel and brought us salvation, send your Holy Spirit on us today, that all we do and say may be inspired by you, the source of all holiness and grace. May what we bless be blessed by you, and made another channel of your goodness towards us who are so undeserving of your love. Through the same Lord Jesus our Lord, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen”

A reading from the Letter to the Romans.

As scripture says: How beautiful are the feet of the messenger of good news. But in fact they have not all responded to the good news. Well then, I say, is it possible that they have not heard? Indeed they have: in the entire earth their voice stands out, their message reaches the whole world.

Let us Pray,

Eternal God, we thank you for the mission call of Christ to bring your Good News to all peoples. We thank you for the modern means of communication. Help us to use our talents to proclaim your Word in season and out of season.

May we always seek the truth and be fearless in witnessing to it. May we have a special concern for those  who suffer, especially our sick and housebound sisters and brothers. We ask you to bless this Sruthlú Naomh Muire which we dedicate to your service in ainm an Athar agus a Mhic agus a Spioraid Naoimh. Amen.
