Thought for the day: The season of preparation is drawing to a close. Like Mary, our getting ready involves deep listening to what God is asking of me now and an interior willingness to say “let what you have said be done to me.” What is God asking of me now, as a person, in the family, at work, and indeed within the faith community of the Church? Have I noticed a pattern of “nudges” from God calling me to a deeper, perhaps different engagement as a disciple? Are my gifts, tokens of God’s grace, fully at the service of my neighbour? Prayer Great and loving God, open my ear to your word, open my heart to your call, open my life to your service. Give us all the strength to live according to the Good News of your Son, Jesus, our Lord. Amen.

Christmas Crib Appeal. Míle buíochas to those who have put up the Cribs in our three Parish Churches. This year your Crib donations will go to support the work of Sr Stanislaus Kennedy and West Kerry Care of Aged. Your support for these very worthy causes is be greatly appreciated.

Christmas Masses: All the seats for Mass on Christmas Eve have now been allocated. In keeping with HSE guidelines, numbers have been restricted. We appeal for patience and understanding. Out of consideration for others we ask those who do not have a seat allocated to join the Christmas Masses at home on webcam. We ask you to set time aside, not to engage in household chores and light a candle if possible. We unite in prayer. There is still limited availability for other Masses. Contact 087 4686437for details.
For those with allocated seats: You are asked to arrive for Mass in good time. We ask families to arrive together. Please check in with the stewards at the door and you will be directed to your seat. The Church will be divided into 4 Pods. You are asked to keep to your own Pod and not to mix with the other Pods. We encourage you to bring your own sanitizer and you are advised to sanitize your hands before and after Communion and as you leave the Church. We ask that you do not visit the Crib immediately following Mass as this will lead to pods mixing. Feel free to visit the crib at any other time. In line with the Government guidelines: (i) Communion can only be received in the hand. (ii) You are asked to wear a face mask. (iii) Please sit in the designated spaces only (iv) Please place your offering for the offertory collection in the building fund boxes at the back of the churches as passing of baskets is not permitted.

Leaflets are available in the local shops in Dingle, Fionn Trá and Lios Póil, on our Parish Website and at the back of our 3
churches. Please drop one to the housebound

Please Note: We will not be taking bookings for Masses on Dec 26th/27th. Those who would like to attend are welcome to do so.
