Public Talk for Mission Month.
Alan Kerins, popular sportsman and founder of Self-help Africa is the special guest of the diocese of Kerry, on Thursday Oct 17th, at 8pm, in St John’s Parish Centre, Tralee. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Coastal Rosary for Life, Faith and Love: Join in with people all around Ireland, to pray the Rosary for Life, Faith and Love on Sunday October 13th at 2.30pm in Beenbawn.

Couples celebrating significant wedding anniversaries are invited to a special Mass on Saturday Nov 2nd at 8.00pm. Those who were married in the parish have been invited by name, if you have not done so you might respond at your convenience to give us an idea of numbers for refreshments.

Next Sunday is Mission Sunday
October is designated as Mission Month. There are approximately 1,300 Irish born missionaries working in more than 80 countries. During mission month we unite ourselves in prayer with them and with the communities with whom they work.
Diocesan Collection for the Propagation Faith (Missions) will be taken up next weekend Saturday/Sunday October 19th/20th as a second collection after Communion.

South Kerry Parkinson’s Association
Pilates Demonstration with Marie Townsend will take place in the Pastoral Centre, Church of the Resurrection, Park Road, Killarney at 7.00pm Monday 14th October. Gentle exercises suitable for Parkinson’s patients for mobility, flexibility, balance and general well-being. Everyone welcome including carers.
