Adult Religious Education
Adult Religious Education six sessions starting on Monday 14th September – with Fr Sean Sheehy on Liturgy and the Sacraments will take place in the Clubrooms, Castlegregory from 7.30pm to 9.00pm. Mission Appeal
We welcome Sr. Nuala Glynn, Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, to the Parish this weekend, September 12th/13th. Sr. Nuala will speak at all Masses on mission and hold a Church door collection after all Masses. The Kerry Diocese has been allocated to the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary for 2015 with the permission of Bishop Ray Browne.

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
(The RCIA)
It is hoped to resume RCIA meeting in early October in An Díseart 7.00pm to 8.30pm on Monday evenings and they are open to any person, not brought up in the Catholic faith but interested in learning more about it and about what it means to become a full member of the Catholic Church.
The meetings will consist of a brief presentation on the subject or topic of the evening given by a member of the RCIA team, which will be followed by time for discussion and sharing; then there will be a short period of quiet reflection and sharing on a passage of Sacred Scripture and will finish with a brief prayer service. At the end there will be time for light refreshments and a chat.
If you are interested, or if you know somebody who may be interested in joining the group please get in touch with your Parish Priest who will be very happy to answer any queries you may have and will put you in touch with a member of the RCIA team. (Fr. Jim Sheehy – RCIA team).
