October is designated as Mission Month. There are approximately 1,300 Irish born missionaries working in more than 80 countries. During mission month we unite ourselves in prayer with them and with the communities with whom they work.
Diocesan Collection for the Propagation Faith (Missions) will be taken up next weekend Saturday/Sunday October 19th/20th as a second collection after Communion.
